is being investigated by the Texas State Comptrollers office for selling online WITHOUT a State Sales Tax permit. When asked for her sales tax permit number, she refused to give out the info....hence REPORTED! Call the State Comptrollers office at 1-800-252-5555 for details.

Update for this online business July 22nd, 2009: Cindy Cloutier has been inspected by the Houston State Sales Tax Enforcement agency. This business has an active State Tax permit and has been active since 2007.
Eventhough, this seller has been found to have her Texas Sales Tax permit issued, we are suspicious whether or not she IS collecting Sales tax from Texas Residents or not, and if she is filing ALL her online/offline business seller's income to the IRS.
