FRAUD ANNE RICKETTS, FRAUD ARICKETTS, FRAUD AMRGLASSWORKS, FRAUD HANDMADE LAMPWORK ARTIST, FRAUD SRA R-19

Fraud Anne Ricketts, fraud AMRGLASSWORKS, fraud handmade lampwork artist,Fraud SRA R-19 (Self Representing Artist, which is a privately created group).

This FRAUD seller, Anne Ricketts, has been selling handmade lampwork beads and tutorials online at various venues such as Etsy, Ebay etc since 1999, teaching classes at Blue Moon Glassworks, Austin-TX, former President of the Friendship Quilt Guild in Brenham-TX, and is published and featured in various magazines.

It has come to our attention, that this FRAUD, Anne Ricketts, AMRglassworks, has acquired her Texas State Sales Tax permit under the business name as AMR Glassworks Jan 2003. She has also NO BUSINESS PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

Update: Anne Ricketts has provided us with her Texas State Sales Tax permit info.

BUT SHE STILL HAS COMMITTED TAX FRAUD BY NOT COLLECTING THE TEXAS SALES TAX %8.25 FROM TEXAS RESIDENTS from her online etsy shop salesfrom her online etsy shop sales. (The whole etsy shop has NOWHERE a mention of this Sales Tax collection for the Texas Residents. We have the printscreen snapshot and the transaction receipt for that sale on Etsy!!!)

FRAUD Anne Ricketts, has been selling/buying on Ebay since 1999 with Ebay id aricketts.
TEXAS STATE SALES TAX PERMIT ISSUED 2003, NOT 1999!
If she has filed ALL the online sales since 1999 on her Federal Income Tax Return or not (through her paypal account), this is for the IRS to check up on.
This seller has also been selling on Etsy since Feb 2007. http://www.aricketts.etsy.com/

When somebody sells online for several years without a registered Texas State Sales Tax permit, we are sure that this seller is a FRAUD and a TAX EVADER.

Hence, this seller, Anne Ricketts, is reported with all our research and info (especially her PAYPAL ACCOUNT NAME/EMAIL ADDRESS) to the Texas State Revenue Enforcement Agency.

One of our members, a Texas Resident, has purchased an item from this seller's etsy shop. This fraud seller DID NOT charge %8.25 Texas Sales Tax.

This was our primary suspicion.

Hence, reported ALSO to the Texas State Comptroller's in Austin-TX. (Printscreen copies of the etsy shop/listing/profile, ebay listings and sold items)

PS: The code enforcement agency and the Firemarshall in Round Rock, TX have been informed of her studio business set-up to manufacture lampwork beads.
The Williamson County Tax Appraisor and Assessor have also been informed about her home-based "business" glassmaking studio for her business property tax.
WHAT A FRAUD!


The outcome of this case is between the Authorities and this seller, Anne Ricketts. When the Authorities finish their case, we won't know details about it, but they THANK US, and in some states, we even get rewarded.

When the State of Texas issues a State Sales Tax permit for your business, they put their TRUST in you, that YOU will do your duties and collect the sales tax for the State. ABUSING THIS TRUST IS A FRAUD!!!!
