LAMPWORKTREASURES,LYDIA MUELL, Ashtonjewels, fraud handmade lampwork Artisan, member of Self Representing Artist (which is a privately created group) SRA-M131, is being reported to the North Carolina State Revenue Enforcement agency.

Lydia Muell claims to have State Sales Tax permit for HER business, called ASHTONJEWELS. We have found out that Lydia Muell is NOT registered and has NOT a Sales Tax permit, but the business name, ASHTONJEWELS, has Sales Tax permit issued under her husbands name, Mark D Muell.
This Sales Tax permit is NOT a partnership permit.
Hence, our suspicions of tax fraud has been reported to the State of North Carolina Revenue Enforcement agency. Here are some of the info that we have sent with Print Screen copies of all selling activities since the year 2000:

Her paypal account that she collects her online sales with is NOT a business verified account. Her paypal account id has been also provided to the agency.

Her studio premises where she manufactures beads and sells of, has been inspected by the Davidson County City Code enforcement inspector and the Firemarshall has been informed.

We have provided authorities with all our info, the outcome of this case is between the authorities and this seller, Lydia Muell/Ashtonjewels.

When the authorities finish their case, we wont know details about it, but they THANK US, and in some states, we even get rewarded.
