has been forced to shut down all her venues by the Utah State Health Department on July 21st, 2009.

This online fraud has also been evading taxes since she has not applied for a State Sales Tax permit. Utah Internal Revenue service, Enforcement department is investigating and has been informed with her printscreen snapshots of all her online venue sales and business operation dates (her Artfire, Etsy, own website, and other smaller venues.)
