GINNY HAMPTON SCHMIDT, GINNOVATIONS, fraud handmade lampwork artist, fraud Texas business

Ginny Hampton Schmidt, Ginnovations, handmade lampwork artist from Lewisville-Texas.This seller has been selling handmade lampwork beads and jewelry online at various venues such as Etsy, Ebay, her own website plus teaching how to make lampwork beads at Wired Up Beads in Southlake, Texas.

It has come to our attention, that Virginia Hampton Schmidt, Ginnovations, Ginnovations, has acquired her Texas State Sales Tax permit under a business name called Ginny Hampton Schmidt which is active since March 2008. She has also NO BUSINESS PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
Update: We have been informed about her Texas Sales Tax permit info from the Audit Office in Dallas-TX.

Ginny Hampton Schmidt has been selling/buying on Ebay since Dec 1999 with Ebay id virginiaintexas.
This seller has also been selling on Etsy since June 2006. http://www.ginnovations.etsy.com/
She also sells her handmade lampwork beads and jewelry on her website, http://www.ginnovations.com/

When somebody sells online for several years without a registered Texas State Sales Tax permit, we are sure that this seller is a FRAUD and a TAX EVADER.
Hence, this seller, Ginny H. Schmidt, is reported with all our research and info (especially her PAYPAL ACCOUNT NAME/EMAIL ADDRESS) to the Texas State Revenue Enforcement Agency.

PS: The code enforcement agency and the Firemarshall in Lewisville, TX have been informed of her studio business set-up to manufacture lampwork beads.

The Denton County Tax Assessor has also been informed about her home-based "business" glassmaking studio for her business property tax.
WHAT A FRAUD!

The outcome of this case is between the Authorities and this seller, Ginny H. Schmidt. When the Authorities finish their case, we won't know details about it, but they THANK US, and in some states, we even get rewarded.
