Sandra Cowan has her Texas State Sales Tax permit.BUT SHE STILL HAS COMMITTED TAX FRAUD BY NOT COLLECTING THE TEXAS SALES TAX %8.25 FROM TEXAS RESIDENTS from her online etsy shop sales. (The whole etsy shop has NOWHERE a mention of this Sales Tax collection for the Texas Residents. We have the printscreen snapshot and the transaction receipt of the purchase from her Etsy shop).

Sandra Cowan, who also is a business owner in the State of Texas, does not have a registered Assumed name certificate which you must have if you conduct regular business in the State of Texas. What a FRAUD!

Sandra Cowan, also never renditioned her business personal property with Burleson county and evaded local taxes, too!!

Update: Sandra Cowan has changed her shop policy page on Etsy ASAP after one of our Texas Resident member purchased an item and paid with paypal WITHOUT being charged Texas Sales Tax! TOO LATE!! We got the printscreen copies of the previous fraudulent shop policy and announcement of Sandra Cowan's Etsy shop.

The excuses for not writing the message "Texas Residents will be charged %8.25 sales tax" at a VISIBLE area in your shop, won't erase your TAX FRAUD. We wish you good luck with those excuses when you are audited.

WHAT A FRAUD!

Hence, SANDRA COWAN is reported with all our research and info (especially her PAYPAL ACCOUNT NAME/EMAIL ADDRESS) to the Texas State Revenue Enforcement Agency and the Texas State Comptrollers.

The outcome of this case is between the Authorities and this seller, Sandra Cowan. When the Authorities finish their case, we won't know details about it, but they THANK US, and in some states, we even get rewarded.

EXTRA NOTE FOR Sandra Cowan:When the State of Texas issues a State Sales Tax permit for your business, they put their TRUST in you, that YOU will do your duties and collect the sales tax for the State. ABUSING THIS TRUST IS A FRAUD!!!!
