FRAUD DONNA CLARK has NO registered TX State Sales Tax permit issued under her name neither her business name.

FRAUD DONNA CLARK did charge TX State Sales Tax of %8.25 from a Texas Resident while she has no TX Sales Tax Permit!!!

We have found out that this seller has a sister, Susan K Aulbaugh, who has a TX Sales Tax permit issued under her name only.

Hence, FRAUD DONNA CLARK has been reported to the TX STATE COMPTROLLERS OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTS, Criminal Tax Fraud investigation Unit for her fraudulent collection of TX Sales Tax.

We have reported this seller also to TX Dallas County tax assessor for her home-based manufacturing studio to be appraised for business property tax.

FRAUD DONNA CLARK is reported to the IRS (Fresno, California) for them to check, if she has filed all her online sales income made through her paypal account.
