She has evaded TX State Sales Tax for 2 years (2005-2007)

FRAUD CHRISTINE A KLEIN did not collect TX State Sales Tax of %8.25 from a Texas Resident. Christine A Klein did not mention on her Etsy online shop that
"Texas Residents will be charged %8.25 TX Sales Tax" nor "Sales Tax is included in the price". All the printscreen copies of her entire Etsy shop has been sent to the TX Comptroller's of Public Accounts, Criminial Investigation Unit.
(After she has been caught tax evading, she added the phrase "Texas Sales Tax is included in the price" under her shop profile page.) TOO LATE! This seller should have posted that phrase the first day of her sale, Jun 2008!!!

When the State of Texas issues a State Sales Tax permit for your business, they put their TRUST in you, that YOU will do your duties and collect the sales tax for the State. ABUSING THIS TRUST IS A FRAUD!!!!

Hence, FRAUD CHRISTINE A KLEIN has been reported to the TX STATE COMPTROLLERS OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTS, Criminal Tax Fraud investigation Unit for her multi-year tax evasion and abuse of the Texas Administrative Code.

We have reported this seller also to TX Tarrant County tax assessor for her home-based manufacturing studio to be appraised for business property tax.

FRAUD CHRISTINE A KLEIN is reported to the IRS (Fresno, California) for them to check, if she has filed all her online sales income made through her paypal account.
